INTUITIVE LEADERSHIP, WELLNESS, AND LIFE BALANCE COACHING

certified professional coach

What is coaching from a certified professional coach?

In the simplest of terms, it is a partnership…between client and coach in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize their personal and professional potential. It involves emotionally connecting a client’s inner purpose and passion to outer goals and strategies to bring about extraordinary and sustainable results. Both the potential and the responsibility are within the client.

The coach’s role is to discover, clarify, and encourage what the client is not yet able to see within themselves.

Coaching will help you to:

  • Clarify your life direction, purpose, and values
  • Affirm your strengths and identify areas for personal growth
  • Remove internal and external blocks in your way
  • Boost your natural energy levels to promote growth
  • Set intentions and goals to get “unstuck”

Coaching is not:

  • Therapy, mentoring, or cheerleading
  • About taking my “expertise” and applying it to your life
  • Telling you what you ought to do

“As a coach, Erin knows how to help you bring your personal and professional goals into focus — recognizing that they are intrinsically tied together. She meets clients where they are at, utilizing her extensive mindfulness and meditation training along with experienced business acumen to create a program that works for you. Erin is resourceful, compassionate and encouraging while providing the accountability needed to tackle your biggest challenges.”

Assessments

Erin utilizes an assortment of proven industry-recognized energy and leadership assessments including:

Energy leadership index™ (ELI) –

The (ELI) assessment is a one-of-a-kind, research-backed assessment that doesn’t put you into a “box” or “type” – it enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities.  It was developed by iPEC and is available only through iPEC Certified ELI-MP coaches such as Erin Taylor. The ELI serves as a first step in the client partnership. The insights you will gain from the ELI and the debrief process alone will change your view of the world and your place in it. Offered individually or 360.

The EQ-i 2.0 model shows how five Composite Scales and fifteen Subscales interact to predict behaviors. The circular nature of the model is a visual representation of how each area of Emotional Intelligence influences the next.

EQi 2.0 – Emotional Intelligence Assessment –

The EQ-i 2.0 is one of the most scientifically validated Emotional Intelligence instruments on the market today. This instrument measures the interaction between a person and his or her environment, then presents results in both numerical and graphical form. The power of this instrument is in how the five Composite Scales and fifteen Subscales (see below) allow an EI feedback specialist to predict with amazing accuracy what behaviors a person is most likely to exhibit and to pinpoint the motivations behind the behavior.

As a result of completing the EQ-i 2.0, a person receives specific, measurable results that allow him or her to identify and leverage strengths and to put containment on any out-of-balance areas that could interfere with his/ her ability to fully access strengths.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™  –

Based on the bestselling book “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team” by Patrick Lencioni, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team is a model and development program that guides intact teams through a journey to improve in five areas that are key to productive team dynamics: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results.
